How do I get a refund on my pre-order?

How do I list my invention on IDEA?

Register a creator account, go to your Dashboard and fill in the project form. Once submitted, our team reviews and approves it within 24–48 hours. Visit the

When will I receive my pre-ordered product?

Each project has an expected delivery date shown on the project page. When the product is ready, the admin will send you a balance payment link. Once you pay the balance, the product ships to your address.
What is the difference between Pre-Order and Book Slot?

Pre-Order locks your price permanently — pay 10% now, balance on delivery. Book Slot reserves your spot with 5% but the final price may change based on manufacturing costs at delivery time.
How does the creator payout work?

Creators receive 96% of each payment. The platform retains 4% as a fee. Payouts are transferred via NEFT/UPI within 2–3 business days after each payment is confirmed.
